Backforty Bunkhouse Salsa (mmmm good)

What You Need:

3 bunches Cilantro

3 cans diced tomatoes (large)

3 white onions

3 tsp. vinegar

1/2 lb. fresh jalapenos

2 T. garlic, chopped

3(8-oz) cans tomato sauce

How to Prepare:

Place Cilantro, garlic, tomato sauce, jalapenos and onions with 3 teaspoons of vinegar in food processor and chop. Depending on the size of your processor, it may take three or more. Pour contents in a large bowl, and add the diced tomatoes; mix with large spoon. Use less jalapenos to accommodate your taste. Makes 7-8 quarts.
